Sex offender charged with assaulting teenager in motel room (WCAX 3)

BELLOWS FALLS, Vt. A convicted sex offender from New Hampshire is facing charges of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old Burlington boy. Fifty-one-year-old Alan Hicks, of Walpole, New Hampshire, has been charged with aggravated sexual assault.
